The problem is apparmor - try disabling it.

WORKS! It was Apparmor, i didn't see that entry in log, incredible...

Only a question more, i had to relaunch manually sphinxd for searching, from now will it update indexes automatically?

After 30 days, only the web UI would be locked. You can then convert to any other license type (including the free version) to unlock the UI. If a license expires, all data would continue to log, only the UI is locked when licenses expire.
